This tension may manifest as persistent low back pain, high levels of stress and anxiety, or even trouble sleeping. To combat these symptoms and more, join us for a workshop designed specifically for your hard-working self!
We'll start with a flowing yoga practice to target the shoulders, back, and hips, move through a guided meditation to help reduce stress, and finish with a restorative relaxation. You'll leave with a handout of yoga poses that you can do right at your desk, so the benefits will extend far beyond this workshop. Open to all levels.
