Prenatal yoga is an effective way to alleviate common aches and pains associated with pregnancy, practice techniques for relaxation and pain management, and empower women for labor and delivery.

This special prenatal workshop will include the following:

  • A vinyasa flow-based practice that's specifically designed to cater to the anatomical, hormonal, and muscular changes in the pregnant body
  • Breath centered relaxation and pain management techniques
  • Restorative postures to end class and reduce stress and anxiety
  • Discussion time to check in with any pregnancy-related ailments and suggestion for home remedies
  • Tips on how to modify your current practice to make any group class accessible and safe
  • Opportunity to connect with other moms-to-be in the neighborhood!

Off the Clock :: Yoga for Office Workers

Calling all 9-to-5 workers! If you sit at a desk all day, chances are you are feeling the effects of a sedentary job in your body and mind.

This tension may manifest as persistent low back pain, high levels of stress and anxiety, or even trouble sleeping. To combat these symptoms and more, join us for a workshop designed specifically for your hard-working self!

We'll start with a flowing yoga practice to target the shoulders, back, and hips, move through a guided meditation to help reduce stress, and finish with a restorative relaxation. You'll leave with a handout of yoga poses that you can do right at your desk, so the benefits will extend far beyond this workshop. Open to all levels.
